Sweden, Finland & Norway release new advice on surviving war - anyone got spare Dunnes vouchers ?

The en version of Sweden's pamplet is readily available online. One of the big 4 named threats is 'organised crime', which they've had on the steady increase since around 2015. 'Weather events' are also named as another, in a country that already has plenty of weather.

A few curious notes are: that everyone upto 70yr olds and all foreigners, will be part of total defence duty in the event of war (or the threat of it). Reckon many of these might be either unwilling, become a hindrance, or just unable to do much anyway.

Once their emergency alert goes off, it states that the total defence force, must be mobilsed immediately.
However, it also says just to carry on as normal, go to work etc, until your assigned something to do.
They along with Norway, have Finland as a good buffer zone anyway.

Reckon the two biggest challenges for anyone in the modern world to even get past day 3 would be:
i) Finding 3L of drinkable/usable water every day.
ii) Having comms (smart)phone that will last beyond 2 days recharge

Solution: Stock up on tinned soup and tea candles, have a dumbphone with spare battery, winding FM radio and know your nearest fresh water source.

Other than that wouldn't worry, these pamplets get updated every year or two, mainly as a PR exercise. A hot WW3 simply isn't going to happen (MAD), an EMP is more likely. Even if it somehow does, there's very little you can do about it in all reality.
