”the missiles will speak for themselves”, along with the thumbnail.

    Love it.

The message is clear, no Putin = no war.

Bringing the war home to the moscovites is to explain consequences.

yeah, crossing RED LINE #73 will definitely be the one which finally unleashes the bear……

    IMG_4463.png

Putin will do nothing he isn’t already doing, because he’s already doing absolutely everything he can to win his ‘3 day war’/extermination of Ukraine, almost 1,000 days into it.

His prisons are empty, and the volunteer mercs from the poorest countries on Earth are drying up/get wise (it’s guaranteed death for no money), so he’s had to resort to dragging a 2nd country into it (though Belarus still have a lot to answer for).

Wait and see though….. RED LINE #74 will definitely be THE FINAL STRAW!!!!!!

Putin will do nothing because there’s nothing more he can do.

I think people are missing the big picture here. If this happened 18 months ago even a year ago it would have been huge and a real game changer for Ukraine but Biden hadn't got the sands to go and do the right thing then. Doing it now with Trump likely to throw Ukraine to the wolves in a couple of weeks time is pretty pointless and not going to have the desired effect. Also why telegraph it giving Russia time to prepare and move equipment pure bizarre carry on tbh.

Really warms the cockles of my heart to see how upset the useful idiots and Putin apologists are at the moment.

the same “friends of Russia” who spent last weeks telling us there are no Koreans involved in invasion of Ukraine despite multiple confirmation in media and Putin himself boasting about it

Well here is what Chinese media are reporting now

“Friend of Russia” blah blah Express Much Concern

Me - press X for doubt

    Untitled Image

If only so much concern was shown when Putin dragged in a second nuclear armed country into the war

What I mean is, in addition to everything else that's that going on in the war, including N Korean troops being deployed by Rissia. Launching US long range missiles deep into Russia itself is a risky strategy, specially after Putins warnings, No?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,411 ✭✭✭j62

Putin was warned dragging in North Korea will have consequences

    Putin ignored these warnings

Only two days ago Scholz asked him to pause the war, he replied with larger wave of Iranian and Korean missiles and drones launched in a day

@Hamsterchops can you explain why it’s ok for Putin to ignore multiple warnings not to escalate but yet the whole world needs to tremble and respect a criminal mafia don who hijacked a country?

Spell it out what exactly are you worried about? What has Russian terrorism made you afraid of?

No. Stop showing Putin fear and weakness.

That’s all he does, tries to scare and intimidate people, it’s all he’s got as his army has been shown to be a paper tiger.

He rules his country through fear, let’s not fall for the same in the West.

Wonder what targets Ukraine can hit to really weaken Russia especially before Trump takes over .Some massive hits on the military would really need to leave Putin short and force him backwards ,that might be wishful thinking on my behalf of course .

Putin takes it out on civilians again, wonder what “Friends of Russia” will make of this

Am I the baddie for hoping they choke on their morning decadent western corn flakes bowl?

Ill bet on power grid in arms producing towns.

That protects Ukrainian citizens, and is a strong propaganda and disruption with winter approaching.

If your town makes the means that bombs us, then we bomb your town and you have no heat in winter. Which is probably hardwired into the Russia brain to cause a massive freakout.

So it's been clarified now that long range strikes can only be conducted in the Kursk region and in particular on north Korean troops.

All the Ukraine telegram channels I follow including Dennis Davydov. They say the permission posted about UK/France long range strikes were deleted also.

All this talk of what they're allowed to do. I guess we'll judge it when the strikes actually start happening. Shouldn't be too long now.

😂 Very true. Hopefully the official line is just "Kursk region" but in reality they can do whatever they want.

French newspaper Figaro has amended it's article from yesterday and now only includes the US missiles with storm shadow / scalp being removed. Time will tell i suppose.

Calm down, it’s not your war… why should you go fight in Ukraine?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,540 ✭✭✭✭Sleepy

I see only one good response to this: Biden should order the US Airforce to carry out a full "shock and awe" attack against Russian military targets in Ukrainian territory to occur on January 19th. Leave Putin's bitch to explain his predecessor's actions.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 42,427 ✭✭✭✭Boggles

Surely this is a major escalation of hostilities???

LOL, Putin just launched 200 odd missiles at Ukraine and has introduced a literal nuclear armed country into his war and you are only worried now?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,411 ✭✭✭j62

Macron says what we know, Russia is not interested in “pause”, this is a guy who spent inordinate amounts of time and political capital trying to prevent Putin from starting this war and created the infamous “off-ramp” meme

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,285 ✭✭✭RoyalCelt

The next big moment for Europe will be the German elections. The coalition formed has potential to be more pro Ukraine but also hugely less in support.

By then we should know what way the Trump policy is heading. Such an important next couple of months to help Ukraine stabilise the front.

What is North Korea getting out of all of this? Not following this war in that much detail and I'm struggling to understand this. Are they being sent there to get combat experience? Are they getting help with their nuclear program? Are they getting food for the winter; a never-ending problem for North Korea, it appears?

Indeed, deploying another axis military (North Korea) in Ukraine has been risky for Putin. It's one of the key reasons the US has allowed Ukraine to use missiles inside Russia.

Also Putin might want to move those military forces away from the nuclear plant in Kursk - that's right in range. Just saying. If Putin tried anything funky with the nuclear plant he has held hostage in Ukraine those forces in the Kursk plant could now be targeted by all sorts of very precise US missiles.

Interesting how Ukraine is only ever catching up to it's enemy's capabilities - yet each time it does it's an "escalation"

By the country invading it, in a war that invader can stop at any time

The russians are taking the news well. It seems the American right wing and russia are in perfect harmony in condemning Biden for giving Ukraine the weapons to defend themselves. It always goes back to nuclear war.
