Its definitely a case of it's bad it's good. Easy watching and Stillone is always a laugh to watch. Saying that it definitely has some but of likeability to it.

Well I thought that last episode was actually quite poor, extremely rushed and unsatisfying.

Thought About not watching the rest of the show but deicided to keep watching it. Not as if me watching it or not will make a difference anyway as its not counted where I watch it.

The finale wasn't great either in my opinion, bit flat. But the episode before that was really the problem, everything just seemed to fizzle out to a whimper in a matter of minutes despite it all being built up over the entire season.

The finale wasnt terrible, at least it had a surprising death. Of all the Taylor Sheridan shows, its one of the better ones.

Anyone keeping with this trash? Definite turn the brain off kind of entertainment.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,109 ✭✭✭Pentecost

Yes. I think you definitely need to disengage the brain as it's completely ridiculous. But it's harmless enough entertainment at the same time.

Very enjoyable to watch to be fair. Great characters in it. It’ll surely get another season.

Yeah there's always room for shows like that if they're done well. It's definitely enjoyable.

Not a bad season, really like the bad guy and the bomber guy. A tad too many characters at this stage, like the blonde woman, daughter of the late distiller is a bit of boring but gets alot of screen time. Also a bit annoying is the sanitising of the mob intimidation tactics.

Definitely a better season than the previous one, saying all that.

I find the Thresher/Dwight relationship to be a bit unbelievable given the previous season they were trying to kill all belonging to each other. I know they're still not best friends and it's just convenient but they seem to have moved on way too easily.

I wish the show had even slightly tighter writing. It's massively entertaining, it's an easy watch, the actors are great, but it absolutely plays stretch armstrong with the credibility.

I mean this season Dwight, a major mafia boss and a slew of known criminals are involved in a massive public shoot out inside a fancy hotel in the middle of the day with countless witnesses.

But then the show moves onto the next scene and its of zero consequence, police seemingly have no interest whatsoever.

Kinda reminds me of Banshee. A small sleepy town where the body count is comically astronomical with regular public shoot outs, murders, etc but doesn't seem to even incur any suspicion or attention whatsoever from police, FBI, etc.
