Online status unknown unable to play online PS5

I’ve had this issue since Monday. I have ran the internet connection test and all the results were fine. Rebooted my router, turned the connected to internet setting on and off on the PS5 all to no avail. The issue affects the PS app on my iPhone too. However, if I use a VPN on my iPhone the app will work! So it seems to be my IP address which is a fixed IP address is the issue. Anyone else get this?

Sounds like the port for coms needs to be opened on your router.
