I got an offer off DCC - how long til keys in hand?

Hi all, I got good news today and was told one of my CBL applications was successful. I’m wondering now how long does it usually take from here to keys in hand?

That's great news. It really depends how fast they want you to move in and if any work needs to be done on the property. Have they done the Garda vetting yet? If not that could take a couple of weeks, I heard it could take up to 8 weeks or more, but really depends on your location.

Just to update garda vetting is 4-6 weeks so still in the process.
