    It's probably not quiet as premium a brand as Castrol.

    What you should really look at is the manual for the van and it will give a few additional specification numbers for the oil required, once the oil has these in the spec it will be perfect for the engine. I'm not sure on the Transit engine but on modern VW engines it's not simply enough to get say 5W30 oil, it needs to meet a manufacturer spec, codes like VW 502 00; VW 505 00 etc.

    In the first oil you linked it has Ford specs WSS-M2C-913-C, WSS-M2C-913-B, WSS-M2C-913-A, it's likely one or more of these is in your van manual as a recommendation.
