A squirrel would sound like a large dog in your attic.

I'm forever having that same experience with vanishing pencils . . where they disappear to I've no idea.

Story of my life. Always putting something down and forgetting where. It drives my wife mad. This morning couldn't find my wooly hat (for my wooly head) when I was taking the dog for a walk.

The amount of videos where the shot is reversed so for example a right handed person is now left handed and anything written in the original video can't be read. Suspect they do it so its more difficult for the content owners to track then down.

The one thing that annoys me about YouTube although to be fair it's not their fault

Say I google a minor computer problem like looking for a setting etc. Instead of writing 3 or 4 lines of text and be done, someone has to go off and make a 10 minute video on YouTube explaining it 😁

(and naturally they're at the top of the search)

Snl is now on sky comedy sunday night, is it just me, SNL used to be funny in the lonely island days, when adam sandler was on it, now it all seems to be woke politically correct sketches that are not even slightly funny .its like its now be written by ai. I have no idea who most of the cast is apart from maya rudolph kenan thompson the actor who plays Joe biden.maya rudolph can be funny when she plays beyonce and kamala.

any random sketch on youtube from snl from the 80,s or 90s is 10 times better than a sketch from the 2024 cast.

is it just all cool gen z comedy or is this program now totally mediocre

SNL was never really funny . Even in the 90’s . Though it’s a mainstay of American tv comedy so everyone blows smoke up their ass to use an Americanism

My suspension trainer has disappeared….went to set stuff up for a home workout tomorrow evening but despite looking in every drawer, press, bag, under my bed….It’s nowhere….i haven’t used it in weeks but when I look to get it 🤷🏻. It’s a 9 ft strap, with brightly coloured accessories and attachments so not something that just can disappear into the ether very easily.
I’ll loan / give anything to virtually anyone but people whom acquire my stuff without asking, no.

I did a bit of tidying up on Sunday evening, which at one point led to me blindly putting my hand into a corner to pick up two screwdrivers. Something dodgy caught onto my middle finger, but when I looked there was nothing there, except the screwdrivers…and blood threatening to gush on my finger.

It turns out that there was also an old-style razor there (but not the cut-throat type), which my finger had displaced and flicked out of view. I stuck my finger in my gob, found a plaster and covered it. Grand!

Yesterday I did a bit of shopping and when I got home, the plaster was gone and And I was bleeding again. It must have happened towards the end because there wasn't blood on anything else, but I got to see the cut for the first time, which was a nasty U-shaped thing. At least it was only my left hand.

Conclusion: Nothing good comes from tidying up. 😄

one of my favourite clothing labels, online. I’m looking at winter coats / jackets, they have only 9 different styles, it’s usually about treble that and what they do have, about 80% of the sizes are out of stock. One coat I fancy has only XS and XXL available…

It’s October, we are a heartbeat from winter, competitors have everything, lots of styles sizes etc…. But not this crowd, what gives ? 😵‍💫
