    The latest version of Dreamweaver was released in May this year so it's still supported. The point releases seem to be once a year so it feels like maintenance releases rather than having new features.

    The course does seem quite expensive - you could probably do a better online course from someone with a good reputation. For example, Kevin Powell has 944k followers on YouTube. I find his videos very helpful and educational. He has some online courses. The HTML/CSS crash course for beginners is free.
