Yeah I accidentally bought that Alpro Barista as they had it under the offer price on the shelf and I mistakenly took it for the lidl one….didn't notice until I got home that I'd pay almost €7 for 2…was raging!

I found some in Lidl Cookstown in Tallaght but they were low on stock. Even lower now :) So it's still out there but like gold!

Someone littered a bottle of football special outside the Port Road Lidl last Thursday but I haven't seen any on either of our Lidls.

They have the banana one in the book shop/ newsagents in the shopping centre though.

Not on app but their "simply" tins of peas are reduced to 15c from about 45c.

    Hi,

Used it this morning, no problem. However checking my digital receipts later found they had all been deleted, replaced by some other customers.

Returned to shop and reported. Now few hours later got all my old receipts back.

Is there any pattern to the scratch card offers?

Unlucky. If you had matched 3 of the same scratch card symbols, you would have won that prize product. 😉 🎰

Did you enter the PIN? Details are halfway down this page

    https://www.lidl.ie/c/lidl-plus-terms-of-use/s10024080

Their price hikes are scandalous! The orange juice was at 1.39, then 1.69 and now 1.99.

I sometimes think if you don't use the scratchcard prize they keep repeating it as they know you won't use it.

I am always getting free pastry or 30% off red hen ones and never use them, so it's no cost for them

I used one of those on wine gums and the non-xxl chew sweets.

Lidl make the best wine gums this side of vegan/over-a-euro.

There used to be a set one everyday, now it's just random to a select few offers on rotation

I also currently have 2 of those and 2 of the red hen ones, all useless for me. Seems to have been a big change with Lidl since the start of October, with 'parkrun' exception, nobody in my house has gotten a 'freebie' since then, along with some substantial price increases I've noticed as others have mentioned here.

The below is a general 'signature' and not part of any post:

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

Public transport user? If you're sick of phantom ghost services on the 'official' RTI sources, check bustimes.org for actual 'real' RTI, if it's on their map it actually exists.

I got a free pastry Sunday as my first treat of the week. Last time round it was 30% off Red Hen or somesuch.

At least they still have something free.

Just scratched my one from today out of curiosity as I normally leave them a few days, another redhen, so I now have 2 30% sweets and 3 30% red hens. If they let me add them all together for a cumulative discount then maybe, and while they have all allowed themselves to be activated together, I don't fancy being a Lidl test pilot and rocking up to the till with a trolley full of frozen chicken and sweets to check if it works. 😂🤣

Buffman 2 chances of that working, sure that would be in the customer's favour lol

I rarely spend over a tenner these days unless there are a few good offers on the app That i buy together. The last few scratchcards were Red hen, sweets and 30% off cereal. The cereal one had the wrong code for the one type I tried to buy 3 of, no discount, staff shrugged, I left the cereals behind.

If it did work I'd say it'd be a glitch in the system you were exploiting, can't see LIDL wanting it to run that way :)

This week’s coupon code is PARKRUN087 and will allow you a choice between a loose grapefruit or a punnet of white grapes from Lidl to help fuel you for, or recover from, your weekly parkrun.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 172 ✭✭Snow Crash

That code didn't work for me when I tried it a minute ago, judging by the Lidl leaflet I'd of thought the parkrun would've been gala apples this week as it's usually been the same as the multiuse fruit/vegetable offer in the app🤔

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,773 ✭✭✭✭OmegaGene

you’re trying tbe code too early, Lidl isn’t even open yet

    The internet isn’t for everyone

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 172 ✭✭Snow Crash

I get that but I'm usually able to input the code after 1:00AM on Thursday morning so it's weird that it's still not working so close to the store opening at 8.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,773 ✭✭✭✭OmegaGene

every other week someone complains the code won’t work, if it doesn’t work try later

    Yep.

    Always does, without fail.

Same and a 30% of red hen frozen crap that I’ll never use

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,575 ✭✭✭Rows Grower

I've got the 30% off red hen that I never use as well but I also have a free pastry, half a kilo of grapes and a choice of chewing gum or toasting waffles so I've no complaints.
