    Coud anyone give me the correct configuration settings required in order to connect my preferred router to the Eir Modem ( carrying in the FTTH) to my location. ie VLan info—email address eg broadband @ or eir'@ etc —PPoe or Ipoe etc OR is there some way I can interrogate the eir router & get this info ? I havbe been in touch with Eir they have no objection to me installing my router but will not provide any help other than where to plug in the cable. Currently my Eir router is connected to the Eir modem via a short cat 6 ethernet cable to the lan port of the Eir from the Eir Modem on the wall—info much appreciated
