Goldstone Court / Paramount Estates

I'm considering buying an apartment in Goldstone Court on Clogher Rd and I was doing some research on the management company, Paramount Estates, they have some truly awful reviews on Google and no good ones. Does anyone have any experience with this crowd or know much about Goldstone Court itself?

Paramount Estates are the managing AGENT. The managing agent is employed by the owners management company of which you as a (potential) owner will be a member of. People complain all the time about managing agents yet they are employed by the owners! If they are not providing a quality service they raise it at the AGM and get them replaced.
