pskmegastore not Authorized to deliver to Ireland. GPU's cost €€€'s Less

I came across this site when looking for a GPU upgrade.

I was astonished to find an EU retailer selling cards available in ireland for €€€'s less.

Yet they can deliver to UK and many other EU countries.

I messaged them and their exact words were - they were not authorised to sell to Ireland, also an EU country.

What's going on Here, im just interested to know who is not authorising them, and WHY cards over here cost hundreds more, when delivery to UK from Italy - PSK charge 5€

I cant even Package forward it from the UK, as will probably get charged vat in and out???

Their Google reviews alone would be enough for me not bother with them anyway.

Scam company, don't trust them.

You can't get much better than ~825-850e which is decent considering they are $750-800 + tax in USA.

In the EU, if you sell goods to another EU country past a limit, you then have to then register for VAT in that country. Its circa 80k here, which for pc parts you would breeze past. To register for VAT in Ireland, you need a company registered in Ireland with a location in Ireland. And your dealings are in English with Revenue. Your also liable for the likes of small claims in Ireland, since you now have a Irish business.

For a Italian company like pskmegastore, we are such a small market its probably not worth the effort. Its also why a lot of other companies/retailers don't ship here, like the German ones. Its also why many will sell on the likes of a marketplace, like amazon, which includes overheads for this.

The English companies bothered but Brexit wrecked that for the most part.
