Steel shed insulation

I have a steel shed but only the inside of the roof is insulated, what can I use for the rest of the inside either paint on or spray insulation. Thanks

Is it to keep it warm or just to stop condensation. We have steel sheds without any insulation and there is no condensation in them at all.
