    McLauglin-Levrone has run 48.74 on the flat, but could probably go a deal faster on that evidence.

    Yes, the slowest qualifying time for the 400m final was 50.17 (Jaeger of Norway).

    The American in lane 3 was so sloppy, he clipped a few hurdles and fell after the line, and still came 2nd. Imagine if Roberts had had a clean race.
