    Pressure washer.
if you wanted to be very thorough, brick acid. Needless to say, take precautions as it’s a very strong acid. https://www.chadwicks.ie/santrax-brick-cleaner-1lt-29953.html

I wouldn't take a pressure washer within an asses roar of those particular bricks.

If its a relatively small area , a good scrubing brush should sort most of it out , without having to resort the acid ...

I will try that but its a shared wall with my neighbour and don't want to use anything strong that would harm her side of the wall

I've a vision of you just planning on cleaning a few bricks on top of a shared wall , and then a few small acid spills later , having to scrub down your neighbours entire garden wall ..
