Time for new log book to be sent?

Has the new logbook been issued yet? It should say this if it has been:

So that means they’ve changed the ownership but haven’t sent out a new logbook yet

If they were notified on the 12th then I would have expected the new logbook to be sent a couple of days later. I’d consider following up with them to find out the reason for the delay

If the cert was issued on the 25th you’d usually expect it to arrive 2/3 days later unless it lands on a Weekend

Yeah its a big headache if it goes missing in the post

Took 2 and half weeks for my change of ownership to show on the motortax site back at the start of the year, then a further week or more for my logbook to arrive.

I would say that it might be due to the time of the year with all the new cars currently being registered.

You could always email them and see what they say, but also took them a week to reply when I emailed them.
