Dedicated allergy testing clinic or via GP?

    Hi,

Long term severe sinus sufferer here. Based off of dietary experiments I'm leaning more and more towards the idea that I've become allergic to dairy and this is triggering my attacks.

So my question is, is there a good dedicated allergy clinic about that I can enlist or do I get referred by GP?

GP first, who will refer you to a legit allergy testing clinic if required.

The bulk of them are charlatans, using IgG tests that will claim you're allergic to everything you've recently eaten or come in contact with.

That was my big fear to be honest. Cheers.
