    Just spotted it online today.

How new is it? Had anyone used it? It's coming up cheaper than Short term parking (and more expensive than Red Car park) . I assume they don't park your car at the Short term car park but somewhere (cheaper for them) off site...? Anyone know where?

It does mention your car gets scanned for damage at the car park entrance and exit. Rental companies also use this system and its pretty good so its one less worry as it should mean their staff are careful with your car.

There are some horror stories from the UK where they take your car and park it anywhere they can find and dont take care of it so these drop and go systems do often have a bad rep but sounds like this one will be reliable.

Used this service while we were away on a ten-day family holiday recently. It was about €30 more expensive than the long-term (Red) car park would have been, but a good bit cheaper (I think approx. €60) than the corresponding price for the short-term car park.

Would recommend and will use again myself, especially if flying from Terminal 2 (the drop-off point is at Level 3 of the T2 short-term car park). So much easier to get out of the car and just stroll into the building than faff around waiting for a bus to take you there from the long-term car park. And our flight home landed at 1.15 a.m., so was an advantage then to just be able to walk back to the car, instead of having to take a bus trip in the opposite direction.

I doubt that they use either of the publicly-accessible long-term car parks, but the web page does say that it's on-site somewhere. Anyway, to be honest, don't really care myself where it is, so long as they get my car there and back in one piece, and get it back for the time I need it again!
