    I want to make losses, well I play lots fo squash looking for recovery not gains really in size.

    If you are trying to make losses, why you would be drinking a pint of milk. I think you need to do better research into nutrition

    well not losses, but not bulking, I want mainly to have better recovery, better able last in matches and be able to play good few hrs a week and now feel worn out is my goal.
