What would be competitive management fee for a PRSA? A broker is offering a management fee of 0.75%, 100% allocation on monthly contributions and 0.75% on a modest transfer from a previous pension.

That's not too bad overall.
Ask the broker for a disclosure quote (which they are obliged to provide) and see how much exactly they are making. If you're not happy with that negotiate.
