Dipped Beams Dacia Duster mk2 2019

Dacia duster 2019 1.5 someone in the family car is having this problem both dipped beams are not working at all,so I hardly think it's bulbs but will start with those just incase

Stalk selects and the dipped icon comes on in dash but nothing full beams are fine.

No owners manual and the fuse diagram is all over the place a searching online isn't throwing up much either.

Anyone on here experience on working with Renault/Dacia's

Just want to be prepared before I go having a look for fuses .

No preparation needed to go and check the fuses surely?

There’s a good enough chance it’s just the bulbs. Start with the simple stuff.

Hopefully its that simple I just find it strange both to have gone at the same time .Ill have a look at it tomorrow and see if its an easy fix like that

No still working only thing is the dipped ,had a quick Google where on other forums they mention it's not unknown for the indicator stalk to be faulty .

They probably didn't go at the same time though, one was probably gone for a while and then the other eventually burned out

Check bulbs first before messing , sometimes we pull the block connector off and plug in a bulb , if it comes on bulb in lamp is gone . Dont handle bulbs or they wont last long and install correctly.

It's probably the bulbs but there's fuses from a 2018

Dip beam fuses as cars normally have a right and left headlight fuse.

Yep exactly. I had the same issue but the horn went first. Replaced the stalk and was fine. The fact horn still works suggests it's not the stalk as the cables are all together

Reading back you say the dipped beam icon works , assuming first icon is side lights and twisting again brings on the dipped beam icon. Does that model work with side lights on or only when dip lights are activated?
