The send off for the three scummers from Tallaght who drove into the lorry was tasteful in comparison.

It's a well produced video in all honesty, if he can leverage his criminal past to launch a rap career more power to him, looks like he put a serious amount of effort into it.

Using clips from the Sunday world/news sites for a trailer for his upcoming song launching later today

As I mentioned before I'm currently listening to Tallants latest podcast on the hyland/Anthony Campbell shooting. She interviewed joey o callaghan who put Brian Kenny away. He mentioned in the latest episode an Andrew "chicore" Dillon. I vaguely remember him from articles years ago. Can anyone refresh my memory on him? Ballyfermot area if I'm remembering right?

What part of Ballybrack you move to? I'm from Ballybrack and the place has always been like that, for such a small area it's had it's fair share of shenanigans and gangsters. Going right back to the late 80's.

Not knocking the place, I loved growing up in Ballybrack and proud to say I'm from the area, 95% of the people in the area are 100% and would do anything for you. You just need to get to know them.

Just Google Ballybrack and you'll see exactly what the owl fella in the pub was talking about. I personally know about 10 lads that done a lot of time for getting caught with stuff over the years.

Its latvians in control of the brack. Fuckin cruel and ruthless. Selling tablets and powder out of the chipper.

What chipper would that be? First I heard of Latvians controlling the place. I do know a lot of lads involved and each and everyone of them is from Ballbrack or the surrounding areas.

No theres suppose a few lads controlling ballybrack with the stuff getting kids to do the dirty work the owl lad in the pub was in the know he said he was a cousin of the people he was talkin about. Theres not many latvians in ballybrack I haven't seen any since I've been here. I live on the tesco side its quiet compare to ballyfermot like don't get me wrong but the stories I didn't think were true the fella told me. Seen a gaf get raided yesterday and another the other day then a clip in the paper so something must be goin on??

Ballybrack is a grand place to live if you keep yourself to yourself, but like most council estates drugs are and have been rampant in the area for decades. In the last 3/4 weeks alone a few different lads I know have been caught with big amounts and they aren't kids either, and I was very surprised when I found out who they were. 4 lads in their late 40s and early 50's going down for decent stretches. Half of Ashlawn will be in the Joy at this stage.

I could tell you plenty of stories about the goings on in the place over the years and the people involved in it, but this isn't the forum for it. As I said, keep yourself to yourself.

Yeah I seen that in the paper headbangers at there old age surley its not for them??? the owl lad mentioned the ra but said there is a group that just use that to intimidate people that an owl fella was kicked out years ago for being a thout and still uses the ra to this day? Dno if he was pullin me leg or not but seemed like he could follow back on his stories even after swallowen a fair few pints of black stuff. anyway i thought this place was quiet ye wouldnt know what goes on behind closed doors as they say. I'll go up to the igo again for more drunken stories haha buzz

The family are still living off that aul fellas name, sure when he got released last time he went into hiding as a certain Wicklow gangster was on the lookout for him… The place is full of drugs but quiet as well compared to Tallaght, Blanch finglas etc.. I am surprised there hasn't been much trouble in the area or surrounding areas as it is neighboured by Sallynoggin, dun laoghaire, Monkstown farm, Shankill and bray,, all supplied by different people but sold into all areas from neighboring areas.

I heard the owl lad that was released is a rat and was kicked out of an organisation years ago and started his own thing?? By the looks of it only living here 2 years and a few months there just young fellas they all look about 12. Wonder no1 serious hasn't came in because there is money to be made for sure!

That happened in Pimlico am I right? Are you sure it was him?

Mate of mine walked past and blood all over the ground, clothes etc etc. Gaf around the corner was getting raided at same time, so thought it was something to do with them.

Big car chase in south inner city earlier aswell, probably connected.

The fella you're referring too ran a lot of the doors in the 90's including the drugs, including places like the Kitchen that was owned by Bono and the Edge. His brother was a big time Ra head too, not sure if he's still alive or not now but I know a few lads that took beatings under his watch and under the guise of the Ra. The grandkids of the doorman seem to control a lot of the drugs in and around Ballybrack these days.

Pity the Ramblers Rest is closed, you would have got a far better understanding of what goes on in Ballybrack from sitting in that pub of a Friday evening watching the goings on. Me and my mates once had a Polish lad pull a gun on us at the pool table. He was pissed and started flashing loads of money, and I think he freaked out thinking he might be robbed and pulled out a hand gun a few minutes later to try intimidate us.

If your speaking to the same fella in the pub, ask him about a lad called Yohi. He ran the drugs in Ballybrack for years, until he met his own faith.

Drugs and the ra in the 90s maybe that was why your man said he was kicked out? He said that family that your talking about is more aless inbread he was probably skutterd, i think he was on the Charlie aswel as soon as I sat down at the bar not knowing the fella and ordered a pint got chatting soon as I said I lived in ballyfermot and bought a gaf here he start talking, probably waffle in fairness but maybe not too far off?? Yea I heard the ramblers was a mad owl spot pity it's still closed I felt like an immigrant walking into the igo haha a few dirty looks!

He wouldn't be far wrong regarding the inbreeding.

I tend not to go in the Igo myself for the same reasoning, and I'm from the area. The owners are sound enough in fairness. Just some locals I wouldn't have much time for.

Ah god there is defo something within the family. All step bros, 2nd 3rd and 4th cousins, ones ma is another lads step ma who’s a step sister to another😂😂.

but yeah you’d sit in the rams and they be all doing coke off the table and the bar men be afraid to say anything to them. They are bullies and rats. How certain members of the family have never been caught is astounding.

Yohi was another bully who threw his weight around. But wouldn’t step outside of ballybrack. He died an easy death tbh in my view

Regarding the Rams and barmen, I was in it one night and the barman was collecting empties and going around table to table, Bump for the Barman?

Regarding Yohi a definite bully, but he definitely stepped outside of Ballybrack and didn't fear anyone. But, you live by the sword you die by the sword, literally in his case.
