    Top 9 to qualify from Walton Heath plus 2 alternates. McKibbin has birdied three in a row and sits in 11th spot with 4 holes remaining.

    He's tied on 6th but there's 5 of them and one guy still has 2 holes left. Plus another guy a couple of shots back with 6 to play. He'll be in a play-off either way by the looks of it.

    Super performance by McKibbin to get one of the qualifying spots. He made the birdies coming in when there was no room for error. Hopefully he can make an impact at the US open
