Anyone have a Buzzrack or Peruzzo towbar rack? Are they any use?

Hi. I need a towbar-mounted bike rack. Needs to be foldable for storage, tiltable (with bikes on), and easy enough to mount so other half can (with help) use it if she wants to go off on an adventure with the kids.

Thule out of price range.

Based on price and features I’ve narrowed it down to the Buzzrack Eazzy 3 for €381 and the Peruzzo Pure Instinct 3 for €323. To my mind for a ten year purchase that’s essentially the same price.

I’ve no experience with either brand so looking for a steer!
