Tow Electric ECU activation on 2019 Opel problems

    Got an Opel Combo with OE electrics but it's not activated/coded. It's a PSA version.

    Local dealers don't seem to have any interest in helping (I suspect that they've had issues doing stuff like this and the hours taken becomes uneconomic) and a local Guru struggled too - but he's up for a challange but not managed it yet.

    Are there any Tow Bar fitters that can code the PSA Opel cars?

    Or anyone know if they is a manual way of doing this (Like xbox games - up/down/x/x/y/fire!)

    Towing Equipment on the Naas road might be able to help - they used to fit all our Tow Bars - it might mean them fitting a bypass module but its still better / cheaper than relying on OE programming.

    From memory the combo around that year was a disaster to program tow bars to. Because its one of the first opels with psa software they didnt like to really talk to each other (the software that is) and made it more difficult than it should be - Id say thats why dealers arent being helpful.
