Hey guys, I'm having terrible difficulty obtaining this etax clearance certificate to obtain my psv licence. It seems there's no way out only to have an employer first or have a business yourself. You have to do it online and since 2016. Please don't send me the link unless you're going to go through the steps. Thanks guys.
