HKC 1070 panel mains fault

    This popped up today out of nowhere and not sure what it can be.

    I assumed it is the power supply, checked the fuse, and voltage is 230v, alarm can arm/disarm so all looks good.

    Not sure what else to look for, could a dead battery cause that? Any ideas?
