Signed up with sky a few weeks ago and just received 50 euro master card (which was part of the signing up offer)

instructions to activate give a phone number that's disconnected and online they are asking for a non existent 8 digit code on the back of the card.

Anyone have similar issues?

card is from a company called edenred.co.uk, like a prepaid master card that needs to be activated

I think you have to activate card via edenred site.

Having the same problem, impossible to activate as there is no serial number, and the phone number provided doesn’t work

Just call the tiny UK phone number on the card and follow the options, works straight away and they call out your pin

Glad I'm not the only one. The serial number is top right of the card in tiny writing. When I click activate, I get a blank screen. There seems to be a lot of issues with this company!
