Somewhere to park, near Cork airport

    Hi, got to pick up some friends who are flying into Cork airport. Is there somewhere nearby i can safely park for free, before going to the airport itself to collect them. Thanks in advance.

    Cork Airport is in the middle of bumfeck nowhere, do yourself and your friends a favour and pay for the short term parking at the airport:

    • First 15 minutes Free
    • Up to 1 Hour €2.50

    Just keep an eye on the Arrivals part of their website to keep your waiting time to a minimum.

    You could pull in on one of the hotels' car parks or the business park for a few minutes but unless you have to be there really early for some reason there's no need, if the flight is on time just turn up 10 minutes after it's due, 20 if they're picking up luggage. Just don't be one of the eejits who stop on the double yellows before the set down area blocking everyone.
