    Hey, I failed the PCA the first time round similar fails/time on the 3rd lap - I was so puffed just couldn’t stay on the beam. (Also petite - height ways anyway lol)

    Felt gutted but you will defo get it the second time, I would go to as many of the practices as you can. (Also nice cause you get chatting to some people in the same boat.)

    PT’s are abit intimidating but they want you help you pass they will tell you the best way to do certain bits.

    Wide Feet on the balance beam as well don’t know what possessed me to try do feet together.

    You can resit the test on any of the practise sessions as well they will ask at the start is anyone doing it, I’d advise to do at least one practise first. (10 seconds will easily come off - I was able to take my time down by almost 40 seconds - no mistakes)

    Almost everyone in my re-test passed as well (the people who came to most of the practises - though obviously this is not do able for everyone with work/travel and commitments.)

    Practise the beep test too!! . :)
