Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Thanks, it really is.
I don't want to be too specific but my time was a couple of seconds over the 3 mins. I was anticipating that if I did pass it was going to be by the skin of my teeth.0 -

At least you got through it and yeah, although it's starting to pass now, it also felt like my lungs were on fire for a good 15 mins after.0 -

Absolutely nothing can prepare you for that air in the hall though, like training at altitude isnt it.
Nice one, I was in and around same time as you then. Did you do the same as me and sprint the first lap and instantly regret it?
I was drinking tons of water the night before and during the day before the test hoping it would help to be really hydrated....had absolutely no benefit, I was still came out coughing like I smoke 40 a day.0 -
