I have a 08 golf I use for work. Complete warhorse.. Mechanically perfect but bodywork has a few marks. Couple of small rust blisters and some heavier spots on the front arches. Which I believe is caused by moisture retention behind the metal in this area.

Is this an NCT issue? The car has feck all value but I have no plans to replace it.One option would be to try and source replace arches from a breakers but the cost of removal and installation might not be worth it..

    Any thoughts?
