    It doesn't stay open indefinitely, they either try to recruit or murder that's it.

    It would be unfair of it could be used anytime. So if Necro announces a conversion we need to start looking at everyone differently unless there's an unexpected murder.

    What would everyone do of they were a traitor? Risk someone declining the conversion or murder?

    Good morning players! I am happy to report that no murder took place last night!


    In it's place those scheming conniving Traitors have placed 5 people on Death Row!

    Oh, yes. The 5 names are also locked up in a dungeon for the day and are thus barred from taking part in today's competition.

    So ai would strongly suspect least one if not more on tbe list will be a Traitor. I am in the Happy position of knowing I'm not a Traitor so I now have a list of 4 that contains a Traitor. As the players are removed I have got a Traitor.

    If I'm removed before a Traitor is caught from that list please remember that one of

    Competition Day One - Let's Get Political!!

    Howdy folks, time to announce the first competition of the game. Open to all players... well apart from the 5 that are on Death Row that is!

    Today we're going to have a history lesson!

    See below for the original State Departments on the formation of the Irish State:

    What you need to do for today's competition is match them up with their modern day equivalents, which I have conveniently listed below.

    Some as you will see are very simple but some are not so easy. There are only 10 departments included as opposed to 11 up above... I wonder oh I wonder what that could mean???

    1. Department of Defence
    2. Department of Finance
    3. Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications
    4. Department of Education
    5. Department of Justice
    6. Department of the Taoiseach
    7. Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment
    8. Department of Foreign Affairs
    9. Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine
    10. Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage

    Anyways, that's the contest, match the departments and PM me your answers by 6pm. The person or people with the most correct answers may win a prize! (In the event of a tie, well I will resolve that if it occurs).

    Also in reference to the game on FOG of the same name, I have no issue with it being discussed however I will leave you with one simple line from the OP of THIS game's sign up thread:

    Given that on the TV show, 2 traitors placed themselves in the dungeon, it is likely 1 or 2 on death row, the only bit of argy bargy yesterday was sort of with Leggy and Vespy

    Did everyone at least check in, post?

    My honest guess from those 5 is that Rikand hasn't posted at all to make that list which is interesting


    Ruling them 5 out of the competition is interesting, in a Traitors shoes I'd be ruling out active players or dangers to win the competition with the death row thing. A zero poster is an interesting addition

    I was half way through a thought which I didn't finish, my honest guess was you were a villager then as I thought about it, it's not really alliance indicating anyway. If you hadn't posted in the backroom with the traitors or on thread, good chance the other Traitors would know who was missing and part of their team

    The traitors wouldn't have known that placing themselves on DR would have ruled them out of the comp, bit of an own goal if they have done that.

    True, was Rikand they only zero poster on the list?


    If a zero poster hasn't turned up in a backroom, you'd assume they aren't around, might be good clearance for someone. Granted, I'm not familiar with the death row thing and I'm not sure how it was explained to traitors but it's naive to say they didn't know it'd rule them out of the comp. If I was a traitor worried one of my mates wasn't going to post during the day, I'd try use it to my benefit
