Which interest deposit/bond product to choose Ireland/DeGiro

I see my AIB only offers monthly saver that has 3% interest but only 1k max savings per month. Other interest seem lower and to achieve 3% interest one needs to lock the money for 24months or longer.

I see in Europe there are banks that offer 3-4% interest on deposit with relatively flexible access to funds, in case I need them earlier.

Would there be any +3% interest with access to funds in Ireland? What interest products would you recommend.

I am thinking probably best would be some bond or similar in DeGiro. What would be good for +3% interest, holding max 1-2years and then re-evaluate. Which Bonds or interest products do you have or recommend in DeGiro? Best if the asset can be sold/accessed at anytime, obviously with the loss of any future interest, would prefer that flexibility.
