Have a 10kg limit carryon with Ryanair, am I allowed a handbag as well?

If you have priority boarding you can.

The last time I flew Ryanair where I needed to bring a cabin bag you had to book a class of ticket that Ryanair referred to as priority to do so. The ticket class allowed for 2 bags, including one of up to 10 KGS, in the cabin and priority boarding. They seem to be calling priority regular now on their website. Call it what you want. The original post never outlined what type of ticket was booked. The booking email should outline what's included in terms of luggage.

Log into the Ryanair account that was used to book the tickets. Booking details should be there. Or get the person who booked the tickets to forward the booking email to you so you can see for yourself what it says.

True and it is cheaper but don't you still join the priority queue at the gate if you purchase a bag after the initial booking? I think the priority queue just has people that paid to bring a bag larger than a school bag on board. I don't think it bestows any early boarding benefit like it used to before Ryanair started charging people to bring bags into the cabin.
