SkyQ Virgin catchup

can anyone with SkyQ tell me if catchup is working for you on the Virgin Media channels? If I try to download an episode I get told I don't have the required subscription. I am on Sky Lite but I can watch the VM channels and catchup works for all the other channels (e.g. RTE, BBC etc). My parents have just had Sky Q…

Hi. Have Sky Q signature package and have no problems with catch-up for VM channels. Try turning off the box and starting it up again?
