What happened to the playground in Ballincollig?

    Just out for a post Christmas dinner spin with the youngfella and decided to stop at the playground opposite lidl. It's a handy one, never locked, has lights and is usually quiet. But I'm here now and the place has been gutted. The slide is gone, the spinny yokes and climbing thing are all gone. All that's left are 2 sets of swings, 2 of those springer things and a small climbing frame at the front. Loads gone.

    It's a shame, ruins the playground. I hope they're gone because they're going to be replaced, and not because of vandalism or similar... Does anyone know?
