New Bus stop erected outside house

Hi All My sister lives in a semi detached house with 1 meter front garden on a relatively busy road in a seaside town. There is on street parking which has been used for more than 50 years by the residents. Yesterday evening she came home there had been a new bus stop sign erected outside her house.
