    Hi, I’ve just downloaded the sky go app on the Xbox. It says I need a sky Q or sky extra account which I go. I have it on the tablet and it’s fine. Any ideas why it won’t work on Xbox?

    ps anyone any contact details for them when they reopen to talk to an actual person
