Wallin will have to knock AJ out as if the Wilder fight is lined up as believed for AJ, he hasn't a hope of winning on the cards.

I think Joseph Parker, albeit a better boxer, could be on the end of a Wilder bomb.

be is training aj for this fight thats why he is in the corner, he uses his gym while in the uk

hard to know if it is a good match up

Fury had lots of positive things to say about BD after he won vs Wilder. But he didn’t go back to him. Joshua has chopped and changed far too much trying to reinvent himself. Won’t be done. Wallin has plenty of belief and Joshua is easier to stop than to beat on points here.

I wouldn’t be that surprised if Parker stopped Wilder either.

Be some night if AJ and Wilder beaten. I’d “Kevin Keegan” love it!!!

Can’t see Wallin winning this one at all. If he did manage to win then AJ has declined massively.

It could end up being a boring enough fight if the recent AJ shows up.

Hopefully all the fights are competitive and throw us some surprises.

    Joshua 251

    Wallin 238

    Wilder 213

    Parker 245

Big weight advantage here for Parker. He can definitely use this. These will be competitive fights, I feel. I fancy one upset.

I think AJ Wallin could go either way. I think Wilder will take Parker out early on

I was badly wrong on Wilder. Looked emaciated even by his own standards, threw very little and what he did throw wasa foot too high every time.

Seemed afterwards like a guy happy with the payday.

    Inoue up next

That last fight was a great watch. How often do you see that when a boxer in total control gets caught and then changes all the things hed been doing well.

    Some lovely combinations from Inoue.

Inoue throwing punches with bad intentions

Fair play to Tapales. I was sure he was finished with the KD at the end of the 5th but came out in the 6th and gave a great account. Hard to see anything other than Inoue stopping him in next few rds.

Big heart from Tapales but Inoue was too fast and too strong, super accurate. Great defence too.

He fought a better fight than Fulton for sure but Inoue just to good.

    Very enjoyable fight though.

Anthony Yarde talking about going up to fight CBS. How does that one go?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 59,235 ✭✭✭✭walshb

Hard to say. I’d expect Yarde to find it very easy to land. Yarde has good power. CBS is at best a B- WC. He’s just not that good. I’d fancy Yarde to beat him up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,339 ✭✭✭squinn2912

I’m leaning towards Yarde myself. CBS would be very big for him though. Moving up represented a much easier route to WC for Yarde.

Just wondering if anyone has an details on the upcoming card up in Belfast on the 27th of this month.

Lewis Crocker is headlining. It's not in the odyssey, but some sporting ground just outside the city.

Tempted to head up, doss anyone know of it'll be in a marquee tent or what?

O’Hara Davies stopped in rd 1 by Ismael Barroso last night for an interim 140 lbs belt. Davies should give up. Barosso an old man who feather fists Crolla stopped years ago.

Ohara got blasted and jumped up straight away like a clown, Eddie Hearn must be laughing to himself

Jesus he got wiped out badly there it looked awful. Caught very easily with anything coming from the left hand.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 423 ✭✭Robert Nairac

My memory of that fight is that Barroso was dominating for the first 3/4 rounds and then the tide turned dramatically. He also stopped Kevin Mitchell before that.

Anyone giving Smith a chance vs. Beterbiev on Saturday? Tell ya, if he fights as timidly and poorly as he did against Canelo, he’ll be eaten alive

I think Beterbiev will crumple him. Round 4 or 5.
