Swimming pools Waterford City

Hi y'all, Apparently the Crystal swimming pool isn't open to the public anymore. Does that mean the Kingfisher pool is the only one open to the public? Do any of the hotels open their pools on a pay as you go basis? TIA

Pretty sure the Tower hotel does, I used it a couple of years ago
