Do you use a cloth to scrub yourself in the shower? Or just use your hands.

My friends just use their hands to move the shower gel around their body then rinse it off.

The odd time I've had to shower without some kind of rag or my trusty gloves or other scrubbing implement, I felt filthy after it.

You need a good exfoliating piece of cloth or a set of those gloves to really get your hole clean.

So, do you use anything to scrub yourself in the shower, or do you just rub shower gel on your skin then rinse it off?
