SPC 4320 alarm battery fault

    hi , just wondering someone help a complete novice. past few days an error on my control panel is saying i have a battery fault.

    just want to confirm that this means i need a new backup battery. iv opened up the alarm panel (picture attached)

    i presume its the 12v 7.2ah battery that needs replacing ? how exactly do i remove the battery ? do i need to reset anything ? iv tried

    the manuals but cant really find aything that tells me step by step what to do


    any help would be really appreciated
