SPC 4320 alarm battery fault

hi , just wondering someone help a complete novice. past few days an error on my control panel is saying i have a battery fault.

just want to confirm that this means i need a new backup battery. iv opened up the alarm panel (picture attached)

i presume its the 12v 7.2ah battery that needs replacing ? how exactly do i remove the battery ? do i need to reset anything ? iv tried

the manuals but cant really find aything that tells me step by step what to do

any help would be really appreciated

Yes, that's the one.

It connected on the red and black lead. Disconnect them and connect the new one in its place.

hi altor , changed battery thanks. just wondering would you know what the issue is regarding an error i have coming up on the panel

"Modem 1 Fault"

iv isolated it on the app but just wondering what would the issue here be ?

If you have a sim in the alarm then it may have run out of credit.

If so you need to top it up.
