I know the phone stores, but like what type of charger is it for iPhone if I went to somewhere like Tesco? Also, do must stores like Centra sell iPhone chargers?

iPhones use a Lightning cable. Looks like this on the phone end:

The other end is standard USB-A or USB-C. You can get the cables in Tesco or Dunnes or many small Centra/CostCutter type supermarkets that have one of those "tech" racks up near the checkouts, selling cables, headphones etc. Most petrol station shops will have them too, as will any 2 Euro shop. If you don't already have a USB charger plug to plug it into, you'll get one of them in most of those places too.

Similar question to the OP, first time iPhone user. Got a new iPhone 14 Pro phone, came with charging cable but no adaptor/plug.

Apart from official adaptor, can anyone advise on a cheaper alternative which will do a solid job?

Previously had Anker adaptors for Android phones and were always solid.

    Thanks
