I need to match an old outdoor vent cover, it measures 200x273mm:

I'm having a hard time finding a size match. Any good sources you can recommend?

You'll find it hard to source one the exact same size but you could just remove a few pebblles from one side of the wall and fit a slightly larger one over it.
