Sky SIRO dropping at the same time every day

Hi, I was on Vodafone SIRO for the past year, and switched to Sky last week. Since then, the connection drops at the same time every day for around 30 seconds - initially at 12:10 but has changed to 10:10. It may drop at other times of the day too, but I'm not sure on that. Hi,
I was on Vodafone SIRO for the past year, and switched to Sky last week. I'm not using the Sky router, but Google Nest Wi-Fi.

What PPPOE login details are you using ? I had a similar when I was using anything@skydsl/anything.
I change it to <SkyRouterMacAddess>@skydsl and mac address as my password.
