Trivar box BBC1 gone from epg

Morning, I went to watch the news this morning and I've noticed BBC1 is gone from my EPG...not sure if there are other channels missing. It's been a while but I can't remember how to rescan the box..any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of threads in the forum about this if you wanted to have a foot around for them. I'm no expert but you will have to scan for the channel changes. Follow the box manual or Google how to scan for channels on the box.
