Thanks Zardoz, I got another order delivered yesterday (cat seems to go through the sachets like lightning!).

Even at 37 euro, they're still cheaper than Tesco, who charge 5.25 (clubcard price) for a box of 12 ( the 40 pack is out of stock at the moment)

I wish more brands were still in cans! The companies want us to spend huge amounts on individual sachets.

A box of 12 sachets @ 85g each, is the equivalent of about 2 and a half cans of cat food.

The sachets are a total rip off but its very difficult (and expensive) to get cans anymore.

Markies are 4.20 per 500g box in SV now, crazy, when i went over to Wales in november the same box was £1 in B&M, i bought 20, ran out last week

As for dog food, if i ever need any i buy Naturo, most of the time i make my own, it's healthy as anything and has worked wonders for our dog (s), Brodi (Boxer) died last year aged 13, i have no doubt her life was extended by her great diet, Pip (also a boxer) has dietary issues and has the same food i make, shes in fantastic condition, works out about 15Euro a week.

Zooplus.ie are offering 25% of some whiskas products, including their 24 and 12 can saver packs.

12 cans (approx 56 pouches) works out at approx €18.75

They're also offering 10% of lots of other brands (today and tomorrow only) to compete with Amazon Prime.

Just a quick update, TinyBuddy.eu are trustworthy, my order was delivered all good but there was a delay of about a week before it was shipped. Unfortunately their offer on Royal Canin kitten food has ended 😔

I posted before about my fussy cat only eating specific Whiskas pouches, or Felix at a push, and that Tesco had removed Whiskas from its range. That was only temporary, and related to a change in packaging as suggested here.

However, in the meantime of no Whiskas, she decided she will now only eat Felix Doubly Delicious meat in jelly. These are €27 in Tesco for 40x100g pouches, €22 clubcard offer at the moment.

However I found Zooplus has boxes of 120x85g pouches of exactly the same stuff in different packaging for €50.99 a box. I just had 3 boxes delivered, so hopefully will last a while. Works out a good bit cheaper per gram.

Still expensive, but not the worst price. Works out at approx 0.48c a pouch.

I wish the mainstream supermarkets would sell the larger boxes of Whiskas in the fish variety. They only seem to sell the poultry ones (including Aldi).

One of my ladies can only eat "chicken from the sea". 🐟️

Zooplus.ie doesn't ship from the UK. I've used them plenty of times and never get charged. Maybe there is a Zooplus UK site too?

Very hard to get any canned cat food nowadays that isn't store own brand, and especially hard in fish variety (I have a cat with a poultry allergy). But I have seen Whiskas in Maxizoo occasionally.
