Anybody heard about auto data records.com.com

Selling a car and buyer want a car record from auto data records.com. I have a feeling it’s a scam because he won’t accept the report that I hav which is cartel.com.

He says he has no credit card and wants me to pay for the record and he will pay me back. Smells fishey, what do you think?

If scams were obvious no one would be scammed.

Whats obvious to you may not be to someone else. Rather than try to put someone down and belittle them for asking, just answer the question and help them learn.
